Red Tea

Red Tea Diet

Ninja secrets

Chocolate diet

The red tea is originating in Yunnan, a province of China. It was known like “the tea of the emperors”. It is a Chinese tea which helps to lose weight without effort, of pleasant flavour and which reduces the levels of cholesterol.

In the United States it is known like “fat-burn” but it is not there that its benefits stop. It cleans and purifies the body by activating the metabolism of the liver. It reinforces the immune system. It facilitates digestion and helps to decrease the overweight. The red tea is a green tea which is stored in barrels during at least fifty years until acquiring its characteristics. Thus it becomes red and has extraordinary properties.

It is of easy assimilation and if it is prepared “strong” he points out the savour of coffee. If its savour seems to us strong or bitter, one can sweeten it with a sweetening substance, honey or molasses. Never with white sugar because this one is too rich in glucose which is converted directly into fat.

According to studies' made in relation to the red tea, it was observed that the people having an overweight lost up to 18 pounds only with its absorption. People having a moderated overweight, up to 12 pounds and people having a light overweight, between 4 and 7 pounds.

With the diet of red tea, at a rate of 4 cups per day, it was observed a loss up to 7 pounds in 5 days. This diet is thus an excellent starting point when one starts a diet and should be followed of a balanced diet to ensure the slimming and not to suffer from a yo-yo effect.

If one achieved the goal and lost 6 or 7 pounds in 5 days, one will gradually add other food to the proposed menus: meats, dairy products, etc., and so not lose the benefit of the diet.

Hello Maribe,
Start the tea-diet for 5 days and after that go on the chocolate-diet which is very easy to follow. Try to exercice everyday. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and don't give up even if you fail one day. Just go on as if nothing happened.
You can come back to the tea-diet 5 days every month.
Good luck.

Hello Diksha, if you can't find red tea try any green tea. As long as you follow the menus it should work too. Good luck and don't forget to go on a balanced diet after 5 tea-diet days. You can come back to the tea-diet once à month.

I bought a tea called Lychee Red Tea. It is a black tea type. Is this correct? It has caffeine in it, is that ok?

I returned the Lychee Red Tea and bought a non-caffinated Rooibos tea. I had another question though. When the diet indicates 'Pasta Salad' or 'Rice Salad'...what does that consist of?

Sorry for the delay. I didn't see your posts. As I said before, any tea will be ok but red is better for the diet. If you can't find red tea try another one. The diet works if done as indicated.
