You can follow the red tea diet for 5 days and after that you could follow a balanced diet that makes sense to you and your preferences.

Hello Maribe,
Start the tea-diet for 5 days and after that go on the chocolate-diet which is very easy to follow. Try to exercice everyday. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and don't give up even if you fail one day. Just go on as if nothing happened. You can come back to the tea-diet 5 days every month. Good luck.

Hello Diksha, if you can't find red tea try any green tea. As long as you follow the menus it should work too. Good luck and don't forget to go on a balanced diet after 5 tea-diet days. You can come back to the tea-diet once à month.
